Job Title: Tax Senior

Location: Hybrid - can be remote as well (Salt Lake City, UT Candidates Preferred) 

Salary: $100-125K + Bonus

Requirements: 2-5 years of experience at a public accounting firm

The Opportunity: We are seeking a Tax Senior or Tax Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive tax planning and compliance services to our esteemed clientele. As part of our tax team, you will play a crucial role in shaping financial success stories and ensuring our clients remain ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving tax landscape.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business entities.
  • Collaborate with wealth advisors and financial planners to develop holistic strategies that optimize clients' financial positions.
  • Stay ahead of evolving tax laws and regulations, proactively identifying opportunities and risks for our clients.
  • Provide expert guidance on estate planning, charitable giving, and multi-generational wealth transfer strategies.
  • Mentor and develop junior tax professionals, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • CPA, EA, or relevant tax certification required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years (for Tax Senior) or 5+ years (for Tax Manager) of experience in tax advisory, preferably in a public accounting or wealth management environment.
  • Expertise in high-net-worth individual taxation, partnerships, S-corporations, and trusts.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering high-value client service.
