Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Senior to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business returns and tax preparation, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our clients. This role involves overseeing the tax preparation process, conducting tax reviews, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review business tax returns for accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
Conduct thorough tax reviews to ensure all filings are correct and complete.
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide guidance on tax-related matters.
Assist in the training and development of junior tax staff and interns.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in tax preparation with Individual and business returns.
Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
CPA or CPA eligibility is preferred.
Experience with individual tax returns is a plus.
