Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file individual tax returns for clients with various complexities.
Prepare and file business tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and other entities.
Review tax returns prepared by junior staff and provide feedback and guidance as necessary.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide insights on tax-related matters.
Assist in tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance.
Strong knowledge of individual and business tax regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
CPA eligible candidates are preferred.
Experience in tax review processes is a plus.
