Position Overview
The Traveling Superintendent will oversee construction projects across various locations, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This role requires extensive travel to manage multiple renovation projects in hotels and resorts, providing leadership and direction to on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage construction projects at multiple locations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and communication.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets.
Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, particularly in hotel or resort renovations.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Ability to travel frequently and manage projects across different locations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
