We are hiring a Personal Injury Trial Attorney in Charlotte so if you have Trial and strong Litigation experience, please read on!

What you will do:

Handling complicated plaintiff personal injury litigation cases
Initial Intake
Pre-Suit Client Relationship Management
Negotiating with Insurance Companies and Lien Holders
Drafting Initial Pleadings, Conducting Depositions, Preparing and Responding to Written Discovery
Take cases to Trial

What you need:

5+ years of Personal Injury Experience
3+ years of Trial Experience
BAR, Juris Doctor
