What You Will Be Doing

Candidates should have extensive experience working for a GC on ground up and renovation projects and should possess knowledge of multiple divisions of construction. Company projects are typically design-build IDIQ and include AFB renovations/additions, SCIF projects, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and DoD standards.
Develop project plans, including defining scope, setting timelines, and allocating resources.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project alignment and success.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in construction management.

Qualifications

3+ years as a Project Manager on federal construction projects of similar size and scope.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and requirements.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Certification in Construction Quality Management (CQM) is a plus.
