We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Team Lead to oversee and guide our land development projects across commercial, residential, and municipal sectors. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality project delivery while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of civil engineers in the planning and execution of engineering projects.
Oversee the design and construction of wastewater, water distribution, and pump station systems.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance.
Utilize AutoCAD and Civil3D to develop detailed engineering drawings and plans.
Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and reports to support project proposals.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development and municipal projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D software.
Strong knowledge of wastewater and water distribution systems design and implementation.
